Billable and Non-billable
Support Rates
ACE, in an effort to fully support customers in a very cost effective
manner, allows some limited free call in support. During the hours of
9a-5p, M-F, ACE will endeavor to take inbound support calls that are
simple or short in duration. Free support is provided for up to 5
minutes per call and billable at 1/4 hour increments thereafter. In the
case of multiple calls in the same day or on the same issue, calls are
also billed in 1/4 hour increments at ACE discretion. This service is
provided as a courtesy and subject to change without updates to this
statement.
