bulletRemote Support: $99/hr in AUG 2009!
bulletHTML and page design: $95-110/hr depending on the specifications
bulletGraphic Design: quote on request 
bullet Network Tune Up: $199 for on site evaluation and analysis (takes 2 hours)
bulletMaintenance package: quote on request
bulletOn-site maintenance requires a $25 site fee.
bulletWireless Site deployment: Call for free on-site 15 minute site evaluation.
bulletWWW and Internet consulting fee: $95-110/hr
bulletNOTE: The initial 30 minute consultation of $50 is waived if the customer decides to use Ace's services for future development of web site, computer support or training or additional services offered by Ace.

Billable and Non-billable Support Rates

ACE, in an effort to fully support customers in a very cost effective manner, allows some limited free call in support. During the hours of 9a-5p, M-F, ACE will endeavor to take inbound support calls that are simple or short in duration. Free support is provided for up to 5 minutes per call and billable at 1/4 hour increments thereafter. In the case of multiple calls in the same day or on the same issue, calls are also billed in 1/4 hour increments at ACE discretion. This service is provided as a courtesy and subject to change without updates to this statement.
